Monitoring, Evaluation, Reflection and Learning

Manna Consulting encourages, conducts and provides training for Monitoring, Evaluation, Reflection and Learning (MERL). Research shows that “it is only frequent monitoring of the programme and its context that allows the community to identify things that are not working or that it did not expect to happen or change” (Myers 2011, p.288).
Some of the areas that are covered are:

Mentoring for organisations

These meetings would take place for senior leaders of selected organisations. Meetings would be held on a regular basis following after the training described above.
